Nadia is an Author, Cultural Diplomat, Female Empowerment Activist and a Social Entrepreneur from Mombasa. Most known as Nadia Naddy, the CEO and founder of Fierce Lady Official, a communication network that works on issues that are termed as a taboo in her society, such as Mental Health, Gender-Based Violence with attention on Sexual Abuse while working on sustainable programs to grow and benefit the society. She is passionate and working towards changing the narrative about women in Mombasa, which is seen as flamboyant, not eloquent and not hardworking and advocating on the importance of an inclusive Kenya, where both men and women have equal space on the table.

Winnie is a writer, Digital Media Communications Consultant and a change agent who is passionate about leadership and human rights. She is also well known in the online circles for her articles and advocacy particularly on matters gender violence and social change. Kabintie is also the founder of Just a Pad, an initiative that donates sanitary towels to girls and women on the streets. Her mission is to ensure that young people in Kenya are empowered enough to have a voice in the socio-political space for a better country, which has inspired her to launch a YouTube channel; #VoiceIt with Winnie Kabintie, which is aimed at empowering millennials to be active citizens.
